The sink area to the right is "hers" aka "mine" :) The mirrors are framed in a simple, silver frame. The large cabinet holds our towels on top and dirty clothes on the bottom.
Here's a closer look, with the lights turned on. I like to keep the counters free of clutter, and you can see where I keep all my things in this post about what's inside my bathroom drawers.
The glass containers were from Crate & Barrel. We've got silver half-moon pulls on the drawers and round pulls on the doors. I don't know where we got them, as our builder found them for us. The floor mat is one of those super-absorbant and comfy mats from Target.
The "his" and "hers" towels are from Pottery Barn and the small mirror is from Home Goods.
On my husband's side is a large wall clock from Target. I like being able to easily see the time while we're getting ready for work in the morning.
He doesn't keep his side quite as clear as mine, so I removed his stuff for the photo:)
We have a large soaking tub, that, can you believe, I've never used! Again, I don't know the source, but I'll ask our builder and report back.
You can see in this closeup that our "hot" and "cold" pieces came off of the handles and need to be reglued. It's one of those things on the to-do list that hasn't gotten done.
The house next door to us is a one story, but there is a gorgeous view of some very tall magnolia trees out the window.
The shower is also tiled with glass doors. There are two shower heads and a little place to sit, although it's really just used to hold our shower stuff. Our towels hang on hooks opposite the shower. In the picture below, you can see the doors to both of our closets.
The toilet is also behind closed doors, but I didn't take a photo of it. I should have, I love our toilet paper holder! It looks kinda like this, but one side just lifts up when you need to change it. So easy!
I should also mention that we have the kind of toilet seat that is slow to close, so it doesn't slam down, when you lower the seat. I highly recommend these too.
Our walls are painted with Sherwin Williams A New Gray. The cabinets and trim are Sherwin Williams Divine White. It's a softer white, but not bright white.
I hope you enjoyed getting a peek into our bathroom!

ReplyDeleteSo pretty- love the marble and the fixtures...oh and that fabulous tub!!
ReplyDeleteHoly rusted metal Batman! Your bathroom is bigger than my 1st flat in Scotland.
ReplyDeleteI showed my Scottish friends you Home Tour and they think you live in a mansion. I'd have to agree! ;) Everythig is so small here!
This is a gorgeous bathroom! Love every.single.detail! So clean and bright. Perfection. I am going to have to check out that paint color for my own bathroom. Thanks for the tour!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful space! Not surprised though! Also, I can't believe that Emily was the first to comment on this post! Didn't she just have 2 babies, like last week?! :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! Absolutely STUNNING! xo
ReplyDeleteLove this. Our bathroom actually looks fairly similar; we have the same bathtub (or at least it looks the same). And we've had issued with some of our fixtures with the hard and cold labels falling off too.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the paint color? And would love the know the tub source.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful! Since your post on cleaning I believe it was, that showed a peek, I've wanted to see more of the master bath. Very, very pretty. Did you have a hard time talking the husband into light materials and colors? My hubs is always choosing DARK! UGH.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! So serene.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Question...is your orchid real? I just received a real one as a gift and I'm clueless as to where to place it.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Love the paint color too.
ReplyDeleteTotally stunning. Love the space and that tub is to die for. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeletePerfection! Thank you so much for sharing! We will be building soon and have been trying to find floor plans that we like. Just this weekend we walked through a house that was still under construction and the bathroom was very similar to yours only very dark cabinets, walls, etc. I prefer white so seeing yours gave me a perfect visual! I've definitely pinned some of your images! Thanks again!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe you've never tried out that fabulous tub!!! Your bathroom is gorgeous! I wish I had all of that great storage!
ReplyDeleteYour bathroom is beautiful. I'm shocked but not too shocked that you haven't used your tub yet. Baths really aren't my thing either. I get so bored just sitting there.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful beautiful !!! I just love everything! Thanks again for coming over to the blog today! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm blown away from the marble, would LOVE to see more

ReplyDeleteSO pretty & clean.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing your bathroom!! I've always wondered what it looked like...it's so very 'you' and simply gorgeous! And seriously, you've NEVER used the tub?!?! Even James doesn't? My kids use my bathroom 75% of the time, and usually I just climb in the bath with S!
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous Megan!
ReplyDeleteThanks for giving us a peak at your bathroom. Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful and quite spacious bathroom (sigh)!
ReplyDeleteI have an orchid in mine too - I find that it is the perfect place for it: if it is in the bathroom it has flowers on forever, in any other room they are gone in a week:(

Your bathroom is a DREAM! So beautiful and I love all the little touches you've added. I love that tub...did you say you've never used it? I would have jumped in that thing the day it was delivered :)
ReplyDeleteThat bath tub is amazing!! I can't believe you've never used it!!
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeleteLove the mirrors and silver accents! My shower is similar to yours & seems like it never gets warm enough due to the high ceiling and large opening. Beautiful space!
ReplyDeleteNice Post about Master Bathroom Many peoples like beautiful bathroom
ReplyDeleteThis looks absolutely STUNNING. I love the marble, the plantation shutters, and the overall clean/pale gray look. Thanks for the inspiration; we're about to remodel our master bath, and I'll definitely save these photos!
ReplyDeleteYou have an amazingly spacious bathroom! What I like the most in your bathroom is the separate sink area for you and your husband. That would certainly make it easier for the two of you to go about your business in there – for example, he can shave in front of his mirror while you brush your teeth in front of yours. The plants are great accessory too! They help create a simple, clean and fresh look. Also, the delicate tile floors spruce up the space even more because they do pair up in beautiful harmony with the white paint.
