And I thought the aqua was pretty with some yellow flowers.
And even my bathroom counter looks cheerier with the pop of color.
So excited about all the possibilities- especially with what a quick coat of spray paint can do to transform my boring clear vases! Maybe a weekend project?!

Come back tomorrow for a great giveaway from Little Doodahs! Here's a sneak peek:

I have the EXACT same vase from Ikea! And it's turned out to be my favourite vase in the house! It does look sweet with just one little bloom in it, doesn't it? A lovely way to add a little colour!
ReplyDeleteSUCH a great idea! :-) I have clear glass or crystal vases and one "white" vase. . . I need to go get some more pretty colored ones! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the decorations!!
ReplyDeleteI love the decorations!!
ReplyDeleteIts perfect! I have tons of clear ones too - I like the idea of adding some color.
ReplyDeleteLove your little blue vase! I don't have many colored ones, may have to find the one at Ikea that Carol-Anne mentioned. The giveaway is adorable and great for restaurant trips with the kids. My friend and I made 20 of these to give as party favors for her daughter's 3rd birthday. They were a big hit!
ReplyDeleteI love that little vase! Turquoise is my favorite color to decorate with. Beautiful job, friend!
ReplyDeleteThose are sweet. I need to get some as I use mason jars and they require too many flowers! Starting spending a bit more than I wanted to on flowers. I like that these hold just a couple stems as you said.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I need some of these in my life!
ReplyDeleteAqua, yellow and the zebra crewel pillow in the dining room? I'm totally drooling over my computer:)

Such a pretty little vase...love it!
ReplyDeleteHi. Don't spray paint your clear vases, better to go to a craft store, they have an etching agent that you swirl around in the vase, then you pick a special enamel paint- they have all colors and swirl that paint inside and dump the excess out. Looks more like a milk glass or like the beautiful votives from glassbaby. It was featured in a Martha Stewart years ago. The materials are not very expensive at all. Check into it, you will love!
ReplyDeleteThat vase is really pretty and I love the simple pop of color it adds to any room. xo
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Megan. It's a perfect size for just a few stems. I love having fresh flowers in the house. A nice pick me up!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I need some cute little bud vases.
