New Nail Color




I'm a French-manicure girl for sure.  My nail girl (Cindy) doesn't even ask me to pick out a color because she knows it's always French.  Except for last week.  I got a wild hair and chose this bright pink shade by OPI.  And it's not lost on me that a "wild hair" for me now includes a change of nail polish color!

Anyways, I love this nail color!  I might be converted!

  4. Funny how the definition of "wild" changes as you get older/reach new stages in life. One of my fav OPI colors is Paint My Moji-toes, and I wrote about it just a few days ago. ;)

  9. I love that color too. . . haha! I am a french manicure OR OPI Bubble bath on my nails (always, they don't even have to ask) but bright pink or red on my toes. . . You new nail color looks VERY southern cal! ;-) It is the little things in life! :-)

  11. Love that shade. I used to get pedicures about every other week. Before I had kids. I never did go for nails b/c they always chipped right off. I attempt to paint my own toe nails now, but I might as well ask the dogs to lick the polish on b/c it looks so awful. I think I'm due for a pedicure, and I want that shade!

  15. You wear it well! Wearing darker colors on my fingernails can be really fun (and when I say darker, I mean anything with color -- I'm a neutral nails girl!), but just requires a little more maintenance.

    I've been considering doing the gel polish with a pretty pink color. I had the gel done recently for our wedding in the French style and I LOVED it. It lasted over 2 weeks!

  20. Love the color! I used to get mine done all the time too, and always did french on my fingers...but I am ALL about color on my toes. Currently, they are the most obnoxious blue purple with a design. However, they desperately need to be redone. Love OPI's Texas collection!

  21. I was always the french manicure girl too until I found Ulta's nail color, Mango and now that Target sells Essie, it kills me though at $8 a bottle, but the colors are so bright and it easily goes on my fingernails. I love how nailpolish can add that extra POP of color in your wardrobe

  28. That's funny. I never get my nails done, just too much maintenance for me. I do love to get my toes done though and am a french pedicure girl, too. I am trying to venture out into bright pinks and reds when I get color. I do find it helps me get out of my comfort zone and it is fun! :) Cute color by the way!!

    I've always been a bright toes girl, and mostly naked nails. When I do paint nails, they are bright too. That color looks great on you!

  36. Weeee! Great way to be wild! I too am a french gal, however with all this reupholstering I'm doing lately I don't even bother with that, my hands are shot. Love the pink!
